In 2004, Kristin launched her career by investing in real estate and subsequently became a licensed real estate agent in 2009 after spending 15 years in strategic marketing. Kristin is a native of Northern Virginia and understands the demands of various local markets. Understanding the gap between home prices in Arlington and the requirements of many homebuyers lead her to create Upcycle Homes. This venture strives to meet the needs of buyers by updating and expanding current houses without compromising the character of the home and neighborhood. When complete, these homes maintain the charm of Arlington while enjoying an 85% renovation.
Kristin and her team enjoy working with all of their clients including first-time homebuyers, military families and personnel, buyers of custom-built homes, landlords in need of property management, clients looking for investment properties and those looking to utilize a 1031 exchange. She is licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C., and her hard work has elevated her to the top 3 percent in production at Keller Williams Capital Properties.
Kristin is an advocate for her community and is involved with educational groups focusing on children in preschool and elementary school. She and her team sponsor local charities, youth sports and community groups. The Kristin Francis Team believes that investment extends beyond real estate to our community and our future.
